Business Development Officer
As the Business Development Officer you will actively market and solicit Sonoran's target market - Hispanic small business owners, aggressively seeking deposit and loan relationships, initiate daily contacts with prospects and existing referral sources and compile pipeline reports for management.
- 3 - 8 years banking and/or financial services experience with a strong emphasis on business development
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Comfortable initiating daily contacts with prospects and existing referral sources
- Financial background in underwriting a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance a plus
- Existing book of business or referral sources preferred
